1. What types of prints do you offer?

• Premium Matte Paper Posters — Crafted on a heavier-weight (200 gsm / 80 lb), smooth, uncoated matte finish that’s soft to the touch and non-reflective. Made on FSC-certified (or equivalent) sustainable paper.

• Framed Canvas Prints — Made with a cotton–polyester canvas (approx. 300–350 gsm, 350–400 µm), stretched over FSC-certified wooden stretcher bars. Available with sleek frames in Black, Natural Wood, or Dark Brown.

2. What sizes and orientations are available?

• Posters and canvas prints are offered in a wide range of sizes—over 13 for canvas and around 29 for posters—in both inches (US & Canada) and centimeters (rest of world), with both vertical and horizontal options.

3. Are there any order minimums?

No. All prints are produced on demand, with no minimum order quantity—allowing you to order singly or in bulk

4. What materials and finishes are used, and are they sustainable?

• Posters: Use acid-free, alkaline-buffered paper (to resist yellowing) with minimal or no optical brighteners, ensuring stable, long-lasting quality.

• Canvas & Frames: Canvas made from certified cotton–polyester; frames are FSC-certified poplar or pine. Even the packaging and production prioritise sustainability.

5. How are they printed, and what about color quality?

• Posters:

  • Smaller sizes (below A3) are printed with digital printers like HP Indigo, ideal for flat, sharp details.

  • Larger sizes use wide-format inkjet printers (e.g., Canon Colorado) for smooth gradients and a broader color gamut.

  • Canvas Prints: Printed using high-resolution, UV-resistant inks that maintain vibrancy and colour longevity.

6. Do framed canvas prints come ready to hang? What’s included?

Yes. Framed canvases come with a complete hanging kit and hardware included. The frames are constructed with quality wood, and there’s a small gap (~12 mm) between canvas and frame to ensure a snug fit.

7. How are products packaged and shipped?

• Posters: Shipped in sturdy, size-appropriate packaging, designed to protect during transit.

• Framed Canvases: Packed with corner protection and protective plastic to prevent damage.
  Production is fulfilled from the nearest location to your customer via a smart routing algorithm for faster, eco-friendly delivery.

8. How do I hang the prints once received?

• Framed Canvas Prints: Ready to hang with kit included

• Posters: If framed, you’ll need to mount the print into the frame. The frame width may slightly reduce visible area (e.g., a 12 × 18″ poster may show ~11 ⅞ × 17 ⅞″)

9. Can I customize frame colour or design?

Absolutely! For canvases, you can choose from Black, Natural Wood, or Dark Brown frame colours.

10. What is your returns policy?

All prints are made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number along with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you quickly to resolve it.

11. How long will it take from order to delivery?

Delivery times vary depending on multiple factors—such as product type, production location, destination country, shipping method, and order size. All these variables impact fulfillment and shipping times. 

The majority of orders will be receieved within 5 business days from order placement. 

12. Which country do you ship to?

We ship to over 200 countries globally, utilizing local production whenever possible for faster and more sustainable delivery experiences.

13. How much is shipping?
